When making a reservation request for an activity or tour, select the check-in date as the date you want to do or start your activity, and then the following date to complete your request, just as if you were making a one-night hotel reservation. Make sure to include the number of people who want to do the activity. We will quickly respond to your reservation request by email.

Osa Adventure Center promotes the best of the Osa Peninsula, Corcovado National Park, Cabo Matapalo, Carate, Drake Bay, Rio Tigre, Rio Nuevo, the pristine Golfo Dulce, and the wide-open Pacific Ocean.

 Osa Adventure Center helps visitors plan and execute a successful visit to the Osa peninsula. We cater to visitors who wish to guarantee their park visit or other activity on a specific date, and who are not willing to wait until arriving in town with the hope of finding a space on a specific day and/or negotiating a discounted price. We offer personalized online concierge services for specific adventures, on specific dates, with specific prices, which can be purchased and paid for online from the comfort of your personal location.  

 Starting October 2022, Corcovado National Park reservations require substantial lead time, primarily because the park office uses a reservation system that requires a park employee to first, confirm a reservation request by email, and second, issue a second confirmation once it has been paid for at a local bank. Note that ALL park entrance fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All park reservation requests require each visitor's full name, country of passport, and passport number. This information can be shared with us at the time of your request in the comment section or later when you respond to our follow-up email.

 Note that park employees DO NOT work after 3 pm, nor do they work on weekends or holidays, so we suggest booking at least 5 days in advance, but more if possible. Corcovado National Park fills up quickly during the summer months, so it may be difficult under various circumstances to arrive in town one day and visit the park the next day.

 Many adventures, tours, and activities DO NOT include terrestrial transportation because there are many ways to get where you want to go, for example, you may have a 4x4 vehicle with good clearance. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle please understand that a 4x4 is required to get to Carate and Corcovado National Park and many car rental companies DO NOT allow you to cross rivers of which there are a few, so keep this in mind before deciding if transportation is required. If transportation is required, please choose an option with transportation included. If you forget, no worries, you can always request transportation upon arrival at the property, but it may be more costly.

 We publish a general cancellation policy from a built-in template because it is required by the software, but we advise all visitors to this website, that it is overridden by an individual cancellation policy for each activity, adventure, tour, or service which can be found in their respective descriptions by clicking more info for any activity or service. Note that individual cancellation policies replace the general cancellation policy and are NOT flexible, no matter what the situation might be, and they will be applied as stated in the policy. We suggest that travelers purchase travel insurance if they would like to be compensated by a third party for cancellations made outside of the cancellation policy. Government taxes of 13% are applied to all activities, tours, adventures, and services.

 Liability Insurance is NOT provided by Osa Adventure Center or its affiliates, tour and activity providers, or service providers. By proceeding to make a reservation request on the website you acknowledge that you accept personal responsibility for yourself and any accompanying minors in all activities and services in which you participate. You may be required to sign a waiver before participating in any activity or service contracted.
