Since 1991 we've been building a family portfolio of tropical land, property, and business assets. We now have more than a dozen premium and diverse properties ranging from stunning beachfront lots to untouched mountain view land overlooking Corcovado National Park, the jewel of Costa Rica's national parks. If you decide to purchase one of our properties, we'll reimburse you for your flights to Costa Rica and to Puerto Jimenez on the Osa Peninsula, as well as for your accommodations (*details below).

If you want to be eligible for the Fly and Buy Program, here are the details and requirements.

• To be eligible you must contact me at pinguino@escapetothetropics.com before you book anything. I will help you plan the best trip possible and will be able to confirm that everything you are booking is eligible for reimbursement for the Fly and Buy Program.
• We will reimburse for up to 2 people maximum per property purchased.
• International flight tickets are eligible for up to a maximum of $1,000 USD reimbursement per person.
• We will reimburse for domestic flights (San Jose to Puerto Jimenez and back) for up to a maximum of $330 USD reimbursement per person for the round trip.
• We will reimburse your accommodation expenses at "Chosa Manglar Nature Retreat" for up to 7 nights and not to exceed $1040 USD in total.
